1. Acceptance of Terms

6. Payments and Transactions in Philippine Peso
All financial transactions on 777kph — including deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). You are responsible for ensuring that any payment method you use is registered in your own name and that you are the authorised holder of that payment account. 777kph does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources, and any deposit identified as coming from a payment method not belonging to the account holder may result in a hold being placed on the account pending investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are subject to change based on the payment method selected. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe published in our FAQ, and 777kph reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before releasing any withdrawal. Any winnings resulting from bets placed with funds that were later identified as fraudulent, stolen, or obtained through prohibited means will be voided and the relevant funds will be withheld. 777kph is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals, and such fees are entirely your own responsibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777kph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if 777kph has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 8. Account Suspension and Closure Policy
777kph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, suspected involvement in money laundering, or conduct detrimental to other players or the platform. In the event that an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation, and proven winnings derived from fraudulent conduct may be forfeited entirely. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to any breach — such as a self-exclusion request or business decision — any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
